Dill Hummus
Ingredients:
1 can of drained chickpeas
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup tahini
juice of 1 large lemon
3 Tbs. of water
2 Tbs. olive oil
Salt/Pepper to tast
smoked paprika
dill (fresh or dry)
In a food processor add in all ingredients until smooth, if consistancy is too thick, add more water 1 tsp. at a time.
stir in smoked paprika and dill, serve topped with olive oil and additional dill and smoked paprika for garnish.
** omit smoked paprika and dill and this recipe will make "classic" hummus
