Ingredients: (makes one shake)
1-1.5 cups of plant milk (I used cashew)
1/2 cup ice
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. tumeric
1/4 tsp. spirulina
Pinch of pink salt
1 tsp. Reishi mushroom powder
1 Tbs. peanut butter
1/2 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp. chocolate peanut butter (optional)
1 pitted medjool date
1/2-1 tsp. chia seeds
••blend until smooth and enjoy :)
