Pumpkin Spice and everything nice
Pumpkin Spice season is quickly approaching, so it only seemed fitting to make a pumpkin spice flavored cashew creamer!
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin puree **make sure it is not pumpkin pie filling**
1-1.5 cups of water (depending on desired thickness)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 pitted dates
1 tsp. all spice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
** add additional sweetener if it is not sweet enough for you
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender until smooth and store in fridge for up to 7 days.
I prefer to make this creamer thick, this enables the coffee to change into a nice light color and gives you a thick creamy flavor like a dairy half and half would give.
